RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FABFORM.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand manufacturing, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Printing errors

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences
  • Minor print placement or measurement variations

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

3. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

4. REPLACEMENTS

In eligible cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order because production starts quickly for print-on-demand items.
